We helped users discover and follow step-by-step cooking instructions in an intuitive, hands-free interface - right from where they find the recipes

My Role

UX/UI Designer — full-cycle redesign of the user experience and interface. Conducted product and competitor analysis. Identified key pain points and opportunities for improvement. Created prototypes and visual designs. Led user testing to validate solutions.

Discovery phase finding

• As someone who frequently cooks at home, I actively used various recipe apps, including Tasty. Over time, I identified common frustrations.

• Difficulty finding recipes that fit my diet, available ingredients, and time constraints.

• An inconvenient cooking process that required constant screen interaction and disrupted focus.

• Lack of a personal space to track my favorite recipes or cooking history.

After hearing similar feedback from friends, I decided to take action and redesign the Tasty experience
